our process

We complete the entire process in 6 easy steps!

STEP 1

GET IN TOUCH

Describe the hats you have in mind. Don’t forget to include your logos as well as any files we could use to help.

STEP 2

QUOTATION

Our sales representative will contact you within 24 hours with a detailed quote and will be your point of contact from day 1 to delivery.

STEP 3

TECH PACK APPROVAL

Our technical pack will include all the artworks and their placement, dimensions, colors, and much more. We will submit this for your approval.

STEP 4

SAMPLING

As soon as the tech pack has been approved, we’ll start the sample process. Sampling will take between 7 to 14 days, depending on your design and requests.

STEP 5

BULK PRODUCTION

As soon as the sample is approved, bulk production begins.

STEP 6

DELIVERY

It’s time to ship! The products have passed our quality control and are now ready to ship. There are a number of ways to ship, including truck, air, and sea shipping.
