- From 200 pcs
- Samples in 7–14 days

Performance caps are built for movement, heat and repeated washing. They use lightweight synthetic fabrics, ventilation through laser perforation or mesh, and sweatbands that move moisture away from the forehead. Golf caps sit at the structured end of the group, running caps at the soft, packable end.
A development capability: availability for your fabric and trims is confirmed on the quotation.

How performance & sports caps are built
Running caps are typically unstructured with a flexible brim insert so they can be packed. Ventilation comes from laser-cut perforations in the side panels instead of embroidered eyelets. Golf caps keep a structured front for a clean logo surface and use technical twills that hold color and shape.
Performance properties such as moisture management or UV protection belong to specific materials and are confirmed per material. Caps Island does not state test values on this site. Performance caps are a proposed development capability; availability of specific fabrics is confirmed at quotation.

Is embroidery suitable for running caps?
It adds weight and stiffness. Heat transfers or small badges are usually better on very light fabrics.
Can you provide moisture-wicking claims?
Moisture management depends on the specific material. Any performance claim you want to make should be supported by the material supplier's documentation, confirmed per project.
Do golf caps need to be structured?
Not necessarily, but structured fronts give the clean logo surface most clubs expect.
